My clients will learn to have a positive relationship with food and an understanding of the impacts food choices can have to our overall goals.
Life should be lived in moderation, there is no joy when all one does is work, and I believe the same can be said for the food we use to fuel our body.
How It Works
Step One: Formal Consultation
Phase 1
- 45-60 minute phone call
- Information gathering about current relationship with food, health history/screen, activity levels
- Discussion of your ultimate goals
- General overview of Nutrition Program and how it works.
Phase 2
- Discuss customized program based on initial food and activity logs
- Go over Nutrition Program pricing and options
- Answer any questions
- Offer suggestions/provide information for the week
Step Two: Action Plan
Individualized Nutrition Program
- Weekly or bi-weekly check-in nutrition sessions
- Review food and activity logs
- Continuous goal tracking
- Discuss any changes in program direction
- Provide support

Individualized Nutrition Program
- Monthly (no contract): $200
- 12 week contract: $480 total
- 24 week contract: $870 total
- 36 week contract: $1,170 total
